These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you purchase a promotional product from WAHUDA LLC, whether it is online or by telephone. By placing an order of promotional product you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place an order

• Free Shipping , if offered, applies to lower 48 States only. 
• Limited quantity when supply lasts.  No Rain check .
• We will do our best to ship Promotional Products in accordance with their expected ship date , usually within 48 hours except weekends & holidays.  If this changes, we’ll do our best to let you know.
• You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of the products. Please email us at SALES@WAHUDATOOLS.COM if you need to update any of this information.
• You will be charged at time of placing your orders.
