3 of 5 teflon top scratching off October 24, 2019
Reviewer: Bernard S
I recently purchased a cutech 8 inch teflon coating table because I had read about their excellent customer product service. However,
I am very disappointed after emailing Cu-tech service department with pics of scratched teflon top on both infeed and outfeed tables after jointing some rough cut boards and not receiving any kind of feedback on their product.

5 of 5 Upgrading Jointer April 17, 2019
Reviewer: Deborah L. from Texas
This was my second jointer and my first Cutech jointer.  I would recommend this jointer for anyone with a limited space shop.  The Customer service has been excellent.  Some where between the factory and my home the jointer first ordered had been dropped. Providing pictures Cutech promptly provided a return label and shipped out a new jointer.  Thank you and I am a Cutech Customer for life.

4 of 5 My first Jointer February 6, 2019
Reviewer: Mike W from Freedom WI
I bought this abourt 3 mos. ago and have mainly used it to joint 2"x6"x 6' reclaimed white oak boards.  First off, thru no fault of Cutech, seems a little small for such large wood. I have a hard time squaring up the boards. The base seems a bit small. If I get the wood close with a hand planer it works a lot better. Works well on smaller cuts..... I do like the table extentions & the machine has plenty of power.

Recently I noticed many scratches on the tops. (mainly the out feed table. I contacted Cutech and their responds very fast telling me that that should not happen and that they will send 2 new replacement tops. It took only 3 days to recieve the new ones GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Over all I am very happy with Cutech & their products. I would recomend Cutech & their products to any small shop woodworkers.
